- Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Change of Mind
- For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, items must be:
- Unworn and in original packaging
- In the same condition as when purchased
- Customers are responsible for any return postage or delivery costs.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Please note that fading or tarnishing of metals over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not classified as a fault.
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
