Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Change of Mind

  • For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, items must be:
    • Unworn and in original packaging
    • In the same condition as when purchased
  • Customers are responsible for any return postage or delivery costs.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Please note that fading or tarnishing of metals over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not classified as a fault.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

5. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact our team before sending your item back to confirm your return.
  • Package your item securely and include proof of purchase.
